Step 4: What happens next?
Upon passing your examination, the testing contractor will send your score to BAR.
California law requires all applications be processed through Family Support, to verify that all
family support obligations are met prior to being eligible for licensure. Cleared of any outstanding
Family Support obligations, the license is then issued and mailed.
